Q1. What or who inspired you to work in investing?

For me, it was really the people I met on the way. I continue to be impressed by how smart, driven, dedicated, and interesting many of my colleagues and clients are. They make me excited every day to go to work and exchange ideas, solve issues together, find solutions.

Q2. What do you think the future looks like for women in investing? What would you like to see?

I want to see women have a clear and distinct voice in the investment world, have the same opportunities as their male counterparts, and I want to have the option to invest into women-run funds and strategies.

Q3. What is your attitude to investment risk?

I am a risk taker in life but tend to be more cautious in investing. I believe you only get rewarded when you take risks but they need to be calculated and be taken in a conscious manner.
