Q1. What or who inspired you to work in investing?

The people around me continually inspire me in this industry. It’s something I will be eternally grateful for; the ability to work with, and interact with some of the smartest minds. Right now, the academics and experts we have researching sustainability and the transition to net zero amaze me every day!

Q2. What do you think the future looks like for women in investing? What would you like to see?

I would hope to see a world where choice is available to all and differences are celebrated and encouraged at all levels of a business.    

Q3. What is your attitude to investment risk?

As a salesperson, my view on ‘risk’ is ensuring clients know how a fund should behave in certain market conditions, so there are no surprises. If this can be communicated well, I am much more comfortable.  

Q4. If you had a superpower, what would it be?

As someone who is very time poor, ‘super speed’ would be the most valuable super power for me.  To be able to get places quickly and always being ready for what was next!
